Local Delivery Coverage

Delivery Radius:

• We offer local delivery within a 60 km radius from our head office located at:
  46 Milford Ave, Unit 2, North York, ON M6M 2V8.

• Deliveries within this radius include the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and surrounding regions.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Local deliveries typically take 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, traffic, and weather conditions.

Orders Outside of the GTA/Toronto

For Shipping Outside the GTA & Toronto:

• If your address is outside our 60 km delivery radius, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.

Pickup Option

Pickup Location:

• Orders can be picked up from our head office at:
  46 Milford Ave, Unit 2, North York, ON M6M 2V8.

Pickup Timeframe:

• Pickup orders are usually ready within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Processing & Confirmation

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated delivery time once your order has been processed.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• A signature and proof of age (19+) are required upon delivery.

• If no one is available to receive the delivery, we can leave at door if requested.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or traffic disruptions.
