At Winehouse Imports Inc., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our carefully curated selection of wines and spirits. However, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns and process refunds under specific circumstances outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Damaged Bottles or Packaging

If your order arrives with a damaged bottle or compromised packaging, you may request a return or refund.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and notify us within 14 days of receiving the product to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Corked or Faulty Wine

If the wine is corked or has gone bad, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns

Products must be unopened and in their original packaging unless the wine is faulty or damaged.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refund requests.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return or refund process:

Email us at sales@winehouseimports.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and provide further instructions for returning the item if applicable.
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds cannot be processed for:

Wines that were opened (unless faulty)

Orders where damage or fault was reported beyond the 14-day window

Products purchased during special promotions or sales (unless damaged)
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be covered by Winehouse Imports Inc. if the return is due to damage or fault.

For all other circumstances, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
