Rosa Carmon is is a distinctive rosé crafted from 100% Merlot grapes, cultivated in the Friuli Isonzo DOC region of northeastern Italy. The wine undergoes meticulous vinification, including extended maceration at low temperatures to extract beneficial antioxidants from the grape skins. Following fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for six months, resulting in a wine that is both complex and approachable.
