Crafted in the heart of Friuli, this Cabernet Sauvignon benefits from the region’s unique climate with mountains protecting it from cold northern winds and the sea offering temperature moderation. The grapes are harvested in late September through early October, then fermented for 20 days before aging in large oak barrels for over a year. The result is a smooth, full-bodied wine with structure and elegance.
